That is the sentence we are working toward. We are an owner-led company in Bismarck–Mandan, deliberately more personal and more accessible than a national integrator, and built to handle the technology problems that cross vendor boundaries.
Who you work with
The person who designs your system is the person who answers the phone.
Justin is directly involved in design, estimating, product selection, programming and troubleshooting. That is unusual at this size, and it is on purpose — the design decisions and the support calls belong to the same brain.
We work with field technicians and coordinate closely with electricians, builders, architects, designers and specialty contractors. Good partners make each other easier to hire.
How we operate
Reliability over novelty.
A system can be complicated inside the rack and still be simple to operate. That gap is the entire job.
Wired where it counts
Anything critical gets a cable when it is practical. Wi-Fi is for the things that move.
Professional equipment
Gear chosen because it is supportable in five years, not because it was on sale this quarter.
Clean installation
Dressed cable, labeled runs, serviceable racks. The inside of the closet is part of the deliverable.
